The staff is very friendly, the breakfast great, the location is strategic close to the coast south of Porto, the main tourist attraction and historical center. The rooms are nicely decorated and well-equipped with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. There is a plenty of supplies like : a refrigerator, an air conditioning and a personal safe. I recommend to stay here.

stayed for a couple of nights and this place is fine for that length of time. room was smallish, but clean and renovated bathroom was nice. staff was excellent, really friendly and made a big effort to ensure a comfortable stay. location is good, close to old town and bus station.
Limited window view, had to have screen for privacy.

The staff at this guest house were absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The location of the guest house was also great - it was not too far from the city center and there was free parking available nearby. the breakfast served in the kitchen felt like a cozy visit to our grandparents' house.
The basement of the guest house had a bit of a damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant. some of the rooms in the basement seemed to be in need of repairs, which affected the overall atmosphere.

I had the best 'home' experience at Jualis Guest House. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early arrival, allowing me to check in 4 hours early for some much-needed rest. They even upgraded me to a spacious room with beautiful street views. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The charming patio and delicious breakfast options added to the overall charm of the guest house. Despite the bed being a little short for my tall husband and the towels being a bit thin, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this guest house for a secure, clean, and friendly experience in Porto.
